As you know, PLCs are used in a wide range of industries. One of the most commercial PLCs is the S7 series of Siemens company which can be configured via SIMATIC, TIA Portal, or PCS7. Now a day, using TIA Portal increases so fast in the industries, especially in the little industries. In PENMI corporation we have this knowledge and can help you to improve your tasks. We have done some projects such as conveyors, MODBUS RTUs and etc, using the S7-1200 series which is so handy, user-friendly, and also not expensive PLCs made by Siemens. We ordered and use the S7-300 series in the not expanded process with large amounts of inputs and outputs. Also, this series and S7-1200 series are used in master-slave conditions to communicate between some different devices. The most powerful PLC series you know is S7-400. The most application of these types of PLCs is using in expanded DCS. Also, the reliability and hardware redundancy of this type of PLC provides a new aim to use it in safety systems too. Because of very expensive i/o cards of these types of PLCs we usually use S7-300 i/o cards and fail-safe i/o cards as a remote i/o for this.Some of the most important projects we have done shows in the pictures.
